Acid #6 is a highly detersive acid cleaner designed for use in CO2 environments. Its low-foaming action quickly penetrates dried beer and hard-to-remove scale. When used in CO2 environments, an alkaline/caustic step can be eliminated because of Acid #6’s added detergents.
